By using Rad or Bad, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. Simple.

Your Account

• You must be at least 17 years old to use Rad or Bad.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't create fake accounts or impersonate others.

Your Content

• You own what you post. By uploading, you give us permission to display it in the app and on our website.
• Don't post content that isn't yours (unless it's clearly transformative or fair use).
• Don't post nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or illegal content.
• We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Behavior

• Be decent to other users.
• Don't harass, bully, or threaten anyone.
• Don't spam, manipulate votes, or use bots.
• Don't try to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the app.

Content Moderation

We use automated systems and manual review to moderate content. We reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or accounts that violate these terms. If you believe content was removed in error, contact us.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes all your data.

Disclaimer

Rad or Bad is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of scores, or that the app will work perfectly at all times. We're not liable for content posted by other users.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
