Welcome

By using DreamBot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your Account

• You must be at least 17 years old to use DreamBot.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't create fake accounts or impersonate others.

Your Content

• AI-generated dreams created through your vibe profile are yours to keep, share, and save.
• By posting dreams publicly, you give us permission to display them in the app and on our website.
• Photos you upload for reimagining are processed by AI and the results are stored with your account.
• Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use.
• Don't attempt to generate nudity, sexual content, violence, hate speech, or illegal content.
• We may remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

Sparkles & Purchases

• Sparkles are an in-app currency used to generate dreams.
• Sparkle purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's App Store policies.
• Free nightly dreams are generated automatically and don't cost sparkles.
• We reserve the right to modify sparkle costs and rewards.

Behavior

• Be decent to other users.
• Don't harass, bully, or threaten anyone.
• Don't spam or use bots.
• Don't try to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the app or the AI generation system.

Content Moderation

We use automated systems to moderate content. All AI-generated images and user text are screened before being made visible. We reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or accounts that violate these terms. If you believe content was removed in error, contact us.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — this permanently removes all your data including dreams, posts, and profile.

Disclaimer

DreamBot is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, quality of AI generations, or that the app will work perfectly at all times. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We're not liable for content generated by or posted by users.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
